Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to ITIL processes and enhance IT service management. • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Desk operations.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of ITIL processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain ITIL best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT service management and compliance.
• ITIL Foundation certification is required; additional ITIL certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar.
• Knowledge of network and system administration.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Certification in other IT service management frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO/IEC 20000).
