Responsibilities
  • Creating innovative menus combining Italian cuisine with molecular gastronomy techniques;
  • Preparing, cooking, and plating dishes with precision and artistic presentation, maintaining high standards of food quality;
  • Apply advanced cooking methods such as spherification, foams, sous-vide, and liquid nitrogen to elevate textures, flavorsand presentations;
  • Research and develop new concepts that merge Italian heritage with global flavors and scientific innovation;
  • Curate seasonal ingredient selections, emphasizing freshness, sustainabilityand bold creativity.
Compensation

$36.00 per hour.
