Job description

A Toronto-based IT Service Provider is seeking an experienced IT Technician to join their team and provide technical support to clients across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues related to Cloud, Networking, IT systems, and Security.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with leading technologies and be involved in a wide range of IT projects. The position offers a regular 9-5 schedule, with plenty of opportunities for overtime, providing extra earning potential. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot customer technical issues remotely using RDS
  • Travel to customer sites if unable to resolve issues remotely
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT, Cloud, Networking and Security
  • Consult with customers on how they can resolve issues

Skills/Must have:

  • Troubleshooting and resolution experience related to IT, Networking and Security
  • Customer service experience, ideally from an MSP
  • Need to be analytical and be able to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Class G license and own vehicle

Salary:

  • $70,000 base
