A pool of partially or essentially qualified candidates may be established through this process and used to staff identical or similar positions with various employment tenures (temporary and permanent), various language profiles, operational requirements, and conditions of employment at the Department of National Defence which includes the Canadian Coast Guard.
ED1. Graduation from a two‑year program of study from a recognized post‑secondary institution with acceptable specialization in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.
EX1. Experience providing IM/IT guidance to end users in a workplace or educational setting (internships will be considered).
EX2. Experience installing and providing technical support of Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10 or Windows 11) in a workplace or educational setting (internships will be considered).
