  • Graduation from a two‑year program in computer science, information technology, information management or a related specialty.
Experience
  • Providing end‑user guidance in a workplace or educational setting (internships considered).
  • Installing and supporting Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating systems (internships considered).
Language
  • English – essential.
  • English or French – essential.

Operational Requirements
  • Driver's license possession and maintenance.

  • Willingness and ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 20 kg.
Security Clearances
  • Reliability, Secret or Top Secret (Top Secret only for Canadian citizens).
