Job summary

Treyarch is seeking an IT Technician to join our Vancouver, BC team on a 12‑month contractor basis, staffed through Volt. The role focuses on end user support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and imaging PCs for on-site users in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibilities include AD management, workstation provisioning, and addressing remote/on-site hardware issues, with emphasis on Windows, Office 365, and networking proficiency. Apply to be part of a diverse, inclusive gaming studio.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience of providing IT support.
  • Familiarity with video game consoles.
  • Previous video game studio experience is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in PC hardware and Windows environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting.
  • Proficient understanding of networking.

Job Description: Treyarch is looking for a talented new IT Technician to join our team! This listing is for a 100% on-site job located in Vancouver, BC. Primary responsibilities will be end user support. This includes software and hardware support (install/troubleshooting), imaging PCs along with other surrounding aspects of desktop support. You will need to be able to address, diagnose and resolve problems quickly and efficiently in a high-paced, studio environment. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently with a wide variety of teams and users. This is a contingent worker position for a 12 month duration and will be staffed through Volt, a staffing and workforce management company.

What you'll do...

  • Provide support to the end user whether remote or on-site via slack, email or in person

The standard base pay range for this role is $69,450.00 - $137,080.00 CAD. These values reflect the expected annualized base pay range of new hires in British Columbia, Canada. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
