Job summary

A leading technology services company is seeking an IT Field Technician to provide on-site technical support in Halifax. This role requires strong IT support experience, knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle access for local travel. This position offers a fully remote working arrangement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a field technician role.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with macOS and iOS device management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel locally as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Field Technician to join our team in Halifax. In this role, you will provide on-site technical support to clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and configuring hardware and software across various platforms including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Microsoft environments.
