Job description

As an IT technician, you will play a key role in supporting daily IT operations, primarily at Level 2, as well as maintaining, developing, and ensuring the reliability of IT environments. You will work in a structured environment where cybersecurity and compliance best practices are becoming increasingly important.

IT Support
  • Provide technical support to users, with a focus on Level 2 incidents and requests
  • Analyze, diagnose, and contribute to the resolution of technical issues
  • Escalate or collaborate with the appropriate resources when required
  • Provide ad hoc support on Level 1 requests, according to operational priorities
  • Rigorously document incidents, solutions, and procedures in the tools in place
Equipment And Environment Management
  • Participate in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment
  • Contribute to the monitoring of IT equipment and asset inventory
  • Participate in the management of user accounts and system access
  • Collaborate with local teams to ensure consistency of practices across sites
Cybersecurity, Best Practices & Contribution To IT Projects
  • Apply IT security best practices in daily operations
  • Contribute to the implementation and enforcement of IT and security policies
  • Participate, as needed, in cybersecurity-related activities: configuration reviews, documentation, corrective action tracking
  • Contribute to projects related to compliance requirements, including the CMMC framework, in support of the teams responsible
  • Participate in various cross-functional IT projects and collaborate in sharing best practices between subsidiaries
