Job description

This IT Talent Acquisition Consultant position is your chance to take action and contribute to strategic projects in cutting-edge technological environments.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Identifying recruitment needs with Account Managers and developing required profiles.
  • Posting, searching, and screening resumes.
  • Building a pool of IT candidates (business architects, analysts, data experts, BI, AI, project managers) and developing long‑term relationships.
  • Conducting telephone and video conference interviews, sometimes in collaboration with Account Managers.
  • Preparing clear and comprehensive candidate summaries for internal presentation.
  • Adhering to ISO processes and internal standards (updating data in the system, monitoring SLAs).
  • Participating in market research and technology events (at least one per quarter).
  • Recommending top candidates and ensuring high‑quality presentations.
  • Promoting our employer brand, notably by participating in events, enhancing our presence on HR platforms, and leveraging our unique team culture.
  • Promote inclusion and diversity by integrating fair and inclusive hiring practices.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4‑5 years in IT recruitment or consulting.
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organizational representation skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools.
  • Excellent understanding of IT roles and market trends.
  • Ability to structure and analyze career paths.
  • Proactive, curious, and committed.
