🎯 What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary IT owner for all infrastructure, systems, and end‑user support
- Manage and support macOS, Windows, and Linux workstations and servers
- Administer Windows Server, backend Linux systems, and hybrid Active Directory (On‑Prem AD + Entra ID)
- Oversee Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online), Entra ID, and identity/security management
- Configure, maintain, and optimize UniFi, MikroTik, and pfSense networking equipment
- Manage FreeNAS / Synology NAS platforms and storage environments
- Implement cybersecurity controls, monitor threats, and handle incident response
- Manage IT vendors, licensing, renewals, procurement, and asset inventory
- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, network improvements, and security enhancements
- Build and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and IT policies
- Provide remote support to global offices and ensure secure international operations
⭐ What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure roles, including:
- Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and identity governance
- macOS and Windows administration
- Experience with Windows Server and basic Linux server management
- Networking knowledge: VLANs, routing, Wi‑Fi, UniFi, MikroTik
- pfSense administration (rules, VPN, traffic shaping, security policies)
- Cybersecurity best practices, monitoring, and incident handling
- Strong documentation, change control, and asset management skills
- Ability to manage priorities and make decisions independently in a sole‑IT environment
Nice‑to‑Haves
- CompTIA A+ / Network+ / Security+
- Microsoft 365, Azure, or Entra ID certifications
- ITIL Foundation
- CCNA or security‑related certifications
