ROLE STATEMENT

The Senior ERP and Corporate Applications, Systems Analyst will provide support and operational solutions to Calfrac’s corporate business functions. Duties include functional and technical solution work for finance functions, forecasting analytics, HRM management, Supply Chain management, transportation management, asset management, and data integration capabilities. This is an outcome-focused role. The role will incorporate both hands‑on solutions delivery, vendor management, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to design long‑term IT strategies.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • The Senior Systems Analyst role is responsible for the successful delivery of solutions & benefits realization, and a high level of user adoption of corporate business applications.
  • Responsible to develop, maintain and provide senior level support for the ERP, corporate enterprise systems, and related integrations.
  • Proactively seek out and apply enhancements to operations, support, and project tasks that deliver measurable business value and results.
  • Develop and automate data processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information with minimal manual effort.
  • Maintain effective communication with IT and business stakeholders on solution delivery, support, and business relationship matters.
  • Responsible to ensure appropriately detailed project plans and change management plans are prepared in a manner that is consistent with the IT service management framework.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills across multiple levels of the organization, with the ability to challenge assumptions tactfully based on solid business and technical acumen.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to a non‑technical audience to create understanding.
  • High degree of business acumen and an ability to understand operational use cases

  • Strong attention to detail and compliance to corporate and audit policies.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or Finance or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Certification in Finance or Accounting is considered an asset.
  • Minimum 8 years experience in ERP management and corporate systems.
  • 5 years technical and functional experience with Oracle Cloud solution.
  • Experience with Oracle configuration and integration technologies is considered an asset.
