Job summary

DarkVision Technologies Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support 300+ global users from our North Vancouver HQ. The role focuses on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and security, with additional duties in networking, file services, and IT operations.

You will contribute to endpoint management, MFA/SSO concepts, and Defender security while documenting processes and developing PowerShell scripts. This is a full-time, on-site position in Canada.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Exposure to identity concepts: MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and Defender security.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting, networking basics, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support 300+ global users and administer Microsoft 365 and endpoint environments.
• Assist with IT security, networking, storage, and general IT operations on-site.
