Qualifications

  • Proven discretion and confidentiality of personal information.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills in IT environments.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, prioritize and schedule workload using in-house help desk systems.
  • Conduct hardware/software installations.
  • Provide support for POS and payment systems.
  • Assist with administration of server systems.
  • Train new hires in hardware and software usage.

Skills

Completion of accredited IT program
Experience in Service Desk operations and end user support
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Polished interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to ski or snowboard is considered an asset
