Responsibilities

• Provide timely L1 / L2 support for Windows PCs, laptops, peripherals, and common productivity apps.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, optimize, and document incidents.
• Configure network printers and manage drivers/queues.
• Assist with switches, VLANs, VPN clients, and wireless connectivity.
• Keep runbooks, tickets, and knowledge base articles up to date.
