Do you love working as part of a small team, are you looking for an opportunity to both apply and develop your IT skills? We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician, working within a small IT team responsible for IT resources across multiple locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for :

• Desktop support on a day-to-day basis. This will include maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of software and hardware including desktops, laptops, printers and phone systems;
• Ensuring that IT services are provided at the expected and defined level, as well as providing ongoing IT support to all Nautel users. This ongoing support will include equipment provision, changes required, training experiences, communication, documentation and ad hoc requests;
• Dependent on the individual, the role may include maintenance of business software, systems and databases used within the Departments at Nautel. This will include liaison with business stakeholders and external providers, where applicable;
• Acting as an IT resource on business and IT specific projects as they arise;
• Tracking IT assets including licenses, computers, mobile devices, servers, switches, firewalls;
• Administering anti-virus systems and responding to malware threats discovered by these systems;
• Administers data backup systems and the wireless LAN service, as well as supporting and administering internal applications and systems.
