Qualifications

  • Install/ Support/ Maintain PCs and peripheral devices.
  • Proficient with Security such as Encryption and MFA.
  • Understanding of Routing Protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Handle calls to the Service Desk and triage client issues.
  • Assist in project implementation and rollouts.
  • On-site visits to client sites for service calls.
