Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking protocols, and common IT tools and platforms.
