What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide leadership and guidance to project and solution teams throughout project lifecycles
• Manage project activities, including scope, cost, schedule, and risk to maximize stakeholder value
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including team structure and financials
• Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers to create business cases for new projects
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues as needed

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Completion of an undergraduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
• Minimum 7 years of progressive project management experience with a proven track record in complex integrations
• Knowledge of IT RFP process and experience working with system integrators
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving and leadership skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
• Experience managing end-to-end SAP projects (S/4 Hana)
• ERP work experience
