The Ontario Medical Association (OMA) in Toronto seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead projects from inception to delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget outcomes aligned with business needs.

You will gather requirements, manage scope, stakeholders, budgets, and schedules, and facilitate a smooth transition to IT operations post-implementation. A PMI credential and 6–10 years in IT PM/BA are expected.

Qualifications

• Six to ten years of Information Technology Project Management and Business Analysis.
• PMI designation: Project Management Professional (PMP) is a requirement.
• Familiar with tools like MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, Visio, MS Project, and Smartsheet to track project performance, schedule adherence and documentation.
• Experience with systems development IT projects and integration approaches/platforms (Microsoft, Salesforce, ERP, CRM, Oracle).
• Knowledge of PMO and standard project management methodology (PMI).
• Experience with vendor management or related discipline.
• Ability to collaborate with all areas of technology and with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience with Business Analysis procedures, documentation, and requirements-gathering techniques.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple projects in parallel per IT Operating Plan and portfolio.
• Oversee project scope and deliverables with resources through lifecycle.
• Monitor scheduling and budgeting/cost estimates.
• Lead risk and issue management and mitigation planning.
• Direct external vendors to meet portfolio objectives.
• Develop and maintain project documentation (plan, charter, risk/issues, communications).
• Ensure PMO governance and adherence to processes across the IT team.
