American Iron & Metal (AIM) recherche un chef de projet expérimenté pour piloter des projets stratégiques, assurer l’alignement avec les objectifs, les budgets et les délais. Qualifications

• 3–5 ans d’expérience directe en gestion de projets
• Bilingue anglais et français, à l’oral et à l’écrit
• Certification PMP ou équivalent souhaitable, ainsi qu’un diplôme de niveau baccalauréat dans un domaine lié

Responsibilities

• Définir l’étendue du projet, les objectifs et les livrables en collaboration avec la direction et les parties prenantes.
• Planifier et programmer les délais et jalons à l’aide d’outils appropriés (MS Project).
• Déterminer la fréquence et le contenu des rapports d’état et analyser les résultats.
• Définir les critères de réussite et les communiquer aux parties prenantes.
• Élaborer et présenter les budgets et les ajustements via la gestion du changement.
• Évaluer les besoins en personnel et/ou consultants et recommander les ressources.
• Déléguer les tâches et superviser l’équipe et les sous-traitants.
• Réaliser le suivi du progrès et prendre les décisions appropriées.
• Fournir rapports d’avancement, documents et présentations.
• Gérer les risques et élaborer des plans de contingence.
• Coach et motive l’équipe et développe les relations d’affaires.

Description Du Poste

As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will drive project execution, proactively manage risks, and foster collaboration to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones usingappropriate tools(preferred MS Project).
• Determinethe frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Define project success criteria anddisseminatethem to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
• Draft andsubmitbudgetbaselineand recommendsubsequentbudget changes where necessarythrough proper change management.
• Determineand assess need foradditionalstaff and/or consultants and make theappropriate recommendation, if necessary, during project cycle.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities toappropriateteammembers.
• Execute and monitor project progress andappropriate projectdecisions when needed.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Proactively managerisks,identifypotentialissues, and deviseaboutcontingency plans.
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors. Influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Ability to work under project tight timelines.

Qualifications

To join our team:

• 3-5years’ direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects ofprojectexecution.
• Must be bilingual in English and French, both orally and in writing
• Nice tohave PMP Certificationor equivalent, as well as abachelor’sdegreein related field.
• Strong familiarity with project management software, such as One Plan,MS projects, MS planner,Excel.
• Demonstrated experience in the management of internal and external resources.
• Proventrack recordandexperienceindeploying IT solutions.
• Experience working both independently and in a team environment is essential.
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
• Strong written and oral communication skills at an executive level.
