A major financial services organization in Montreal is seeking an IT Project Delivery Manager to lead and support the delivery of technology projects. The role involves managing a large team and fostering relationships with stakeholders. Candidates should have extensive experience in project management, including both agile and waterfall methodologies, along with fluency in French and advanced English.
The IT Project Delivery Manager is part of the Security and Project Delivery Administrative Department, which is a strategic pillar in one of Canada’s largest project management offices. You will support the delivery of projects in the information technology portfolio by leading a team of approximately 50 professionals, primarily made up of project leads. In addition to your management role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a relationship of trust with project developers and various stakeholders, including an executive level. You will act as a point of contact in the event of problematic or complex issues and situations. More specifically, you will be required to:
