IT Project Coordinator

Permanent position

Work Model: Hybrid

Our client is looking for an IT Project Coordinator to support their Modern Workplace team in the planning, tracking, and delivery of technology projects built on Microsoft solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Support project managers in the planning and coordination of IT initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, progress reports, and tracking dashboards.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Participate in identifying and tracking project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Support the adoption and implementation of Microsoft solutions within client environments.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and processes.
What Were Looking For
  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in project coordination, ideally within an IT environment.
  • Solid understanding of the technology project lifecycle and agile or hybrid methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planner, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written.
