Main Accountabilities
  • Provide technical support to end users across multiple sites via phone, email, messaging, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Document support requests, resolutions, and updates in the helpdesk ticketing system
  • Assist with setup, configuration, and deployment of workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of IT equipment and assist with asset tracking
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes by preparing and decommissioning IT equipment
  • Monitor and report potential security risks or breaches in accordance with company policies
  • Follow safety protocols when handling and transporting moderately heavy equipment (e.g., servers, desktops)
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of IT equipment to remote users and sites via assorted carriers
  • Collaborate with IT team members to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards for data protection and IT usage
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the IT department’s operations
Main Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Windows operating system, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts

  • Previous experience in a helpdesk, technical support, or customer service role (preferred but not required)
