Outcomes

Lead the growth and management of IT infrastructure, systems, and digital initiatives to support the company’s expansion from $50M to $250M+ revenue and 10 to 50 customers, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across multiple manufacturing locations in the US, Canada, and Mexico. This is an individual contributor role, with responsibility for both maintaining current systems and driving forward new IT capabilities that align with business growth and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure & Systems Reliability: Maintain >99.9% uptime for critical systems and networks across all sites. o Implement standardized IT processes, backups, and disaster recovery for all locations.
  • Scalable IT for Growth: Successfully scale IT systems to support customer growth from 10 to 50 and revenue expansion to $250M+. o Build IT platforms that integrate seamlessly with ERP, CRM, MES, and finance systems to support manufacturing and acquisitions.
  • Acquisition & Expansion Readiness: Lead IT due diligence and integration for at least 4 acquisitions or new manufacturing sites within five years. o Deliver IT integration within 6 months of each acquisition/site launch.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance: Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies that meet or exceed industry standards (NIST, ISO, or equivalent). o Achieve zero critical security breaches and maintain compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Cost & Vendor Management: Optimize IT spend to stay within budget while supporting growth. o Build and manage key vendor relationships, ensuring service levels and cost-effectiveness.
