Qualifications

  • At least 2 years relevant IT experience supporting SMB environments.
  • At least 3 years’ experience managing & working with relevant technologies.
  • Ability to train and educate clients on technical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Receive & respond to escalated service requests and incidents.
  • Mentor and assist Tier 1 and Tier 2 staff.
  • Provide coverage for Field Technician during site visits as needed.
