Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support-related role in a corporate environment.
• Basic experience working in a virtualized server environment.
• IT related certification(s), e.g. Microsoft Certs, CCNA, CompTIA Certs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT hardware inventory and source additional equipment as required.
• Troubleshoot issues both on-site and remotely.
• Set up and deploy new hardware and software.
• Manage print servers, active directory and other server-related resources.
• Participate in IT projects.
