What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the expert point of contact for all IT hardware ordering
• Analyze and optimize laptop management processes for scalability
• Manage IT’s engagement with other business units, including gathering requirements and planning timelines
• Develop and maintain relationships with IT vendors globally for service improvement

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytical or project management role within an IT organization, focusing on hardware/asset management
• Excellent analytical, financial, and budgeting skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
• Must reside in Canada
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects end‑to‑end
