Job description

Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure Support: Maintain and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, barcode scanners, etc.). Support network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi. Ensure servers and data storage are running smoothly (file servers, domain controllers).
• System Administration: Manage user accounts, email, Active Directory, file permissions. Monitor IT security (antivirus, firewalls, data protection policies). Perform regular backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.
• Manufacturing/Production System Support: Provide technical support for MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP, or factory-specific systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration
• Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is a plus
