Job summary

A technology services provider in Nova Scotia is looking for an IT engineer to support Windows environments and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT/ICT/Cybersecurity and skills in networking. Responsibilities include OS deployment, hardware/software support, and network troubleshooting. Training will be provided for the right individual.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in IT/ICT/Cybersecurity required.
• Knowledge of Windows and networking concepts essential.
• Knowledge in Linux is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deployment of Windows/Linux OS.
• Provide support for user’s hardware/software/peripheral/Video Conferencing.

• Create and maintain IT documents.
• Assist in IT backend infrastructure when necessary.
