If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving environment, and enjoy guiding a small, cross‑functional team to deliver high‑value technology outcomes, we want to hear from you. You will be the linchpin, working closely with product managers, developers, QA, operations, and business partners to drive success.

The Opportunity
  • As the IT Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating and accelerating the output of our core technology teams. You will…
  • Lead and Coordinate Delivery: Drive IT and product‑related projects using robust agile and iterative delivery methods.
  • Ensure Alignment and Transparency: Facilitate planning sessions, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives to maintain consistent team alignment and clear transparency across stakeholders.
  • Balance Priorities: Skillfully manage delivery timelines, priorities, and resource constraints while keeping a sharp focus on business objectives.
  • Optimize Performance: Track delivery progress using agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Remove Barriers: Proactively remove delivery impediments, resolve cross‑team dependencies, and elevate risks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure Readiness: Partner with product and engineering to ensure comprehensive documentation, change management, and release readiness processes are in place.
  • Coordinate Operations: Work closely with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to coordinate seamless deployment and production readiness activities.
  • Cultivate Excellence: Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement within the IT team.
About You
  • You are a leader who is passionate about both process and people. You are defined by your ability to get things done and your collaborative mindset.
  • Organized and Pragmatic: You bring order to complexity and prioritize outcomes above all else.
  • A Balancer of Priorities: You are adept at managing and balancing priorities across multiple simultaneous initiatives without sacrificing quality.
  • Inspirational Leader: You are skilled at inspiring trust, fostering accountability, and coaching high‑performing, cross‑functional teams.
  • Comfortable with Change: You are resilient and comfortable working in an evolving environment where processes and standards are continuously refined.
  • An Excellent Communicator: You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical goals into business impacts.

  • Experience coordinating development, testing, and infrastructure workstreams in parallel.
  • Familiarity with modern release practices such as CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud‑based deployment models.
