A leading consumer goods company is looking for an IT Manager to oversee IT operations in Canada. This role involves managing local IT demands, leading strategic projects, and acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of IT experience and strong skills in enterprise systems and stakeholder management. As the IT Manager for Canada, you will serve as the overall technology lead for Reckitt’s operations in the country. You will be responsible for managing all local IT demands, leading strategic and operational projects, and acting as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders across functions. This role ensures that global and regional IT strategies are effectively localized and executed to support business growth, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.
Serve as the point of escalation for all IT-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Drive adoption of IT & D Solutions
Understanding of commercial business processes
Coordinate with Area and Global IT & D teams to drive deployment, adoption of IT & D solutions
Work integrated with the rest of the North America team on strategic and operational priorities.
