We are seeking a highly accomplished IT - AML Developer IV for an enterprise-level contract opportunity based in Markham. In this role, you will take on a premier data science, analytics engineering, and technical data management capacity, specializing in building and optimizing transaction monitoring systems within complex anti-money laundering (AML) environments.
As a senior AML developer, you will bridge the gap between advanced data science, large-scale data wrangling, and regulatory compliance. Operating within a hybrid work model, you will conduct data quality assessments across cloud and relational database platforms, engineer customer segmentation models, execute scenario threshold settings, and automate data pipelines. This position demands a technical data authority with extensive SQL and Python expertise who can analyze massive datasets, debug complex queries, and deliver data-driven insights to support business strategies.

Assignment Type: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)
Contract Duration: 6-month contract (with potential for extension or conversion)
