The Customer Acquisition, Growth, and Engagement team (CAGE) is focused on streamlining and innovating around the new and returning user experience for Thumbtack. By adding value for users and meeting their needs, we can activate them as first time customers and convince them to return to Thumbtack to help solve future problems by ensuring their experience was a good one.
Many of the sorts of changes we’re making are unproven, and as a data driven company, we prefer to run experiments that vet our hypotheses. As an engineer, balancing places we can be scrappy to test ideas quickly vs places we need to take more care to exercise engineering rigor and build things the right way is important. Given we have cross functional teams, if you like looking at user problems from a product or design perspective, you’ll be a great fit for this.
Actual offered salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as calibrated job level, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
