Responsibilities

• Identifies gaps and best practices by monitoring sales and service performance against plans
• Builds and maintains client relationships through client acquisition from internal and external sources
• Expands business growth through telemarketing and outbound calls
• Coordinates marketing activities and sales materials to support client conversations
• Provides knowledge about products and services offered
• Resolves client complaints in a timely and effective manner; escalates as required
• Keeps current with investment services marketplace, products and regulations
• Gathers data into reports and dashboards and analyzes information for insights
• Supports investment client services including preparing information for meetings and reviews
• Ensures client needs are met or exceeded following policies and procedures
• Maintains scheduling to coordinate client meetings and office coverage
• Adheres to risk, compliance, and privacy standards to protect assets
• Handles complex tasks within rules and may include escalations
• Uses risk management framework to make sound decisions aligned with strategy
