Job summary

A leading financial services company in Kingston, Ontario is seeking a candidate for an investment application processing role. The successful individual will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance and financial services industry and possess specialized knowledge of investment products. This position involves heavy use of the WealthServ system and Microsoft Office. The base salary ranges from $42,500 to $67,000 annually.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
  • Possesses specialized knowledge of investment products.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Full scrubbing of received applications ensuring that SLAs are met.
  • Communicates with advisors to obtain missing information and/or signatures required on investment applications.
  • Application entry into the WealthServ system.
  • Ensuring adherence to process to mitigate required LOI’s.
  • Email wire order confirmation for application submission.
  • Completes transactions and trades on WealthServ system.
