The Opportunity

The Investment Marketing Program Manager is responsible for delivering best-in-class product marketing to promote Fidelity’s brand, products, and services to advisors. As a senior member of the Investment Marketing team, you will contribute to Asset Under Management (AUM) growth by owning or contributing to one or more strategic marketing channels (Continuing Education Credits, Events, Sales Enablement Library) within the Investment Marketing team.

Demonstrating exceptional project management skills and a strong understanding of channel activation, the Investment Marketing Program Manager ensures our products and solutions are effectively leveraged by advisor audiences.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Lead the creation and execution of robust content strategies to support Fidelity advisor events, including development of various sales enablement collateral (e.g., email, PowerPoint, video)
  • Sales Enablement Library: Lead and manage post-event strategy and sales content management library to ensure our advisor sales team has access to accurate, compliant, and compelling content to support new and active sales cycles
  • Ensure compliance with communication policies, procedures, and brand standards.
The Expertise You Will Bring
  • Have or be able to quickly develop—a deep working knowledge of all prioritized investments (mutual funds, ETFs, alternatives) and non-investment products and the implications of market events on advisor clients.
  • An exceptional communicator, who can leverage data to identify themes, build a narrative and secure buy-in.
  • Experience writing content, preferably in financial services industry
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure operational compliance in a highly regulated environment with occasional guidance for meeting compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, changing focus and priorities.
  • Proven ability to proactively build and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders up, down, and across the organization.
  • Strong project management skills with an emphasis on bringing together multiple stakeholders and driving towards a common goal under specified timelines with minimal coaching to ensure deadlines are achieved.
What We Are Looking For
  • University Degree (Bachelor’s Degree) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience gained in a marketing or communications function.
  • Experience working within the asset management industry or similar financial services organization.
