Job summary

TD Securities, a TD Bank Group company, is seeking an Investment Banking Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions for its Toronto team. The role focuses on analyzing client financials, valuing private and public companies, and supporting negotiations and client presentations.

You will work with senior bankers, manage analysts, and contribute to deal execution in a collaborative environment. Based in Toronto, this on-site role offers 37.5 hours per week, with a base salary in the CAD 135,000–155,000

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Investment Banking with a large Canadian or global bank.
• Strong financial/analytical skills with excellent communication abilities; adept at modeling and valuation.
• Experience/demonstrated interest in M&A.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Currently has or willing to pursue SIE and Series 79 licenses within 4 months of hire.
