Fidelity Canada is seeking an Investment Analyst to provide product analysis and content for market communications, reporting to the Director of Product Research. You will build expertise on Funds/ETFs, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and portfolio managers to position products effectively.
You will analyze markets, support the sales team, and contribute to thought leadership while engaging with clients on strategies.
Job Description Please note: Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings. You will be working on a hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. This is a regular, full-time opportunity. The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

Reporting to the Director, Product Research, The Investment Analyst will provide sales, marketing, and portfolio managers with product analysis, expertise, and content for market and regulatory communications.
Completion of a 4-year university degree in a business-related subject or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3-5 years of investment market expertise. Completion CFA designation or master’s degree is an asset.
Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $82,000 to $105,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment, we invest in your future with an RRSP contribution—no employee matching required.
