About The Role

The Investment Product Administrator will play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients (Advisors) through seamless customer service. This individual will work closely with the entire National Investments team handling account updates and openings, processing business transactions, and liaising with carriers and fund companies. They will ensure transactions are accurately processed and timely, identify and correct errors as required, and respond to incoming advisor inquiries promptly.

What You’ll Do
  • Follow up on business transactions, NIGO notices, account updates, openings, and processing transfers at a national level.
  • Process incoming mutual and segregated fund trades, including new account opening, non‑financial trades, and investment transfers as required.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Identify and correct transaction errors promptly.
  • Respond to incoming advisor inquiries promptly.
  • Act as a liaison with carriers and fund companies on behalf of advisors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need for Success
  • Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma, with post‑Secondary education preferred.
  • Prior experience in the investment industry dealing with Mutual Funds and/or Segregated Funds.
  • Previous administrative experience is desirable.
  • Proficiency in typing and utilizing computer applications, including the MS Office suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both in written and verbal forms.
  • Possess a positive attitude, a continuous willingness to assist others, curiosity, and the capability to maintain consistent results.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 – $50,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
