A leading Canadian banking institution in Kingston is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to the Investment Advisor team. Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of Administrative experience, preferably in finance.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Conduct & Practice Handbook (CPH) is an asset.
  • Must be open to becoming IR licensed within 6-12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Investment Advisor team.
  • Maintain compliance standards in client dealings and client files.
  • Connect with clients to enhance relationships and respond to requests.
