Job summary

A leading materials management company in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking a Stores Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Stores Department. You will lead a team of storekeepers, manage inventory levels, and ensure effective material handling. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of mechanical parts related to heavy equipment and have 3 years of experience in inventory management. This full-time position does not offer remote work.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in warehousing or supply chain operations.
• Familiar with mechanical parts and systems for heavy equipment trucks and trailers.
• Valid G driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Stores Department across two shifts.
• Lead a team of storekeepers and monitor inventory levels.
• Collaborate with Procurement and accounting teams for vendor relations.

Skills
