Job summary

Liburdi Turbine Services in Ontario is seeking a full-time Inventory Expeditor to manage stock levels, track parts, and use ERP software to support production workflows and inventory accuracy. The Day Shift runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ inventory tracking or management experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is an asset.
• Previous experience with production planning and scheduling is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory levels and adjust stock levels to meet demand.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains ERP/MRP for inventory transactions.
• Assist with removing obsolete or non-repairable parts from inventory.
• Track parts and monitor flow sheet and inventory tracking spreadsheets.
• Expedite part movement and update project status boards.
• Issue repair document packages from Engineering and ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Transport inventory to different departments for processing.
• Provide regular updates to manufacturing admin on active production jobs to aid resource scheduling.
• Maintain stock inventory of consumable hardware and tools.

Job description

We are currently seeking a full-time Inventory Expeditor to manage stock levels, track and transport parts, and utilize ERP software to support production workflows and inventory accuracy.

Base wage:$22.50 - $27.00 / hour

We have an opening on Day Shift. The hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Audit inventory levels and adjust stock levels to accommodate demand
  
• Using Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains ERP/MRP software for inventory transactions
  
• Assist with removing obsolete/non-repairable parts from inventory
  
• Responsible for tracking parts.
  
• Monitor flow sheet and updating inventory tracking spreadsheets
  
• Ability to expedite part movement
  
• Responsible for updating project status boards
  
• Responsible for issuing repair document packages from Engineering
  
• Responsible for periodic reviews of repair documentation for completeness and accuracy
  
• Transporting part inventory to different departments for processing
  
• Providing regular updates to Mfg. admin team on active production jobs to assist with resource scheduling
  
• Responsible for maintaining stock inventory of consumable hardware and tools
