Job summary

Curaleaf International is seeking an Inventory Controller in Brampton to manage stock integrity, transaction monitoring, and reporting. You will own cycle counts, physical inventories, and data governance while ensuring accurate ERP data and timely variance investigations.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with Power Query/Power BI, and a track record of audit-ready inventory control in a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Secondary School diploma (minimum).
• Degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering or accounting.
• 3–5 years in inventory control in a manufacturing setting.
• Track record of reducing discrepancies and audit readiness.
• Strong Excel, Pivot, Power Query and data modeling skills.
• Familiarity with ERP inventory flow and BOM controls.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory transactions and reconcile with physical stock.
• Lead cycle counts and physical inventory audits, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain master data for items, locations, lot and shelf-life attributes.
• Develop standard inventory reporting and dashboards for business use.
• Support month-end close with inventory valuation reconciliation.
