The Inventory Control Administrator provides accuracy between listed products and physical quantities in the RSC. Investigate and report all irregularities and make the correct adjustments when required. Actively contribute to a positive and productive working environment.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
  • Cycle count product to ensure accuracy between EXE and the physical quantities in the RSC
  • Investigate large adjustments as required
  • Process store claims when required
  • Investigate missed let downs
  • Keep aisles and walls free of pallets of product and loose cases
  • Audit selection pallets for integrity and accuracy
  • Adhere to, and implement all applicable company safety standards
  • Maintain sanitation standards
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Other duties as requested by the Inventory Control Manager
  • Compliance with all Company food safety standards, guidelines and procedures
What you have to offer:
  • Previous inventory control experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Certificate/ Diploma in supply chain, business administration or equivalent (an asset)
  • Physical work including frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in cold multi-temperature environment
  • Alertness to other people and vehicles
  • Must be able to operate heavy material handling equipment (i.e. single/double pallet jack) – certification and training will be provided
  • Various shifts including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays
