Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks.
- Maintain records on inventory control system.
- Inspect to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained.
- Co-ordinate work activities with other departments.
- Arrange for shipping, receiving and storage.
- Perform safety and security checks.
- Document and prepare invoices and work orders.
- Arrange for shipping documentation and tracking of goods in transit.
