Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Canada seeks a four-month COOP intern in Development Engineering at Mississauga to manage experimental engines alongside Build and Test Engineers and coordinate engine builds.

You will work on-site, Monday to Friday, pursuing a Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering degree with strong English communication; French is a plus. Eligibility to work in Canada is required. This role offers hands-on propulsion testing experience.

You will work with other areas of engineering to understand what type of engine testing is required to validate new designs. You will assist in coordinating the build of engines through modification or instrumentation of sub-components all with the end goal of gathering quality engine data during the engine tests. During the COOP internships at Pratt & Whitney you will work in innovative and versatile teams. You will work on ongoing projects that will have a meaningful impact on the company.

The salary range for this role is 23.70 to 34.50 CAD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
