Job summary

RSM Canada in Calgary is offering an eight-month internship in tax services. You will work with client teams on diverse tax matters, conduct planning and research, and prepare federal and local returns. Travel to assigned client locations is required, with options for US travel during tenure.

Applicants should have 90 credit hours completed and be pursuing a BA/BS from an accredited university; tax coursework is a plus. A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.

Basic Qualifications

• 90 credit hours completed
• Working towards B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from accredited university
• Tax courses an asset
• Travel to assigned client locations is required. Must have access to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation to those locations
• A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work effectively on a team
• Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Ability to travel to the United States for the purpose of performing work or attending training during your tenure in this role is a requirement of this position

Compensation Range: $50,160 - $59,850
