Laidlaw Carriers Van is seeking experienced Class 1 Highway Company Drivers based in Halifax, NS. You will haul Dry Van freight across Canada and the United States, with operations running 24/7 and typical trips lasting 7–10 days on the road.

We are looking for professionals committed to safety, reliability, and clear communication who can thrive in a cross-border, fast-paced environment. Candidates must have an AZ/Class 1 license and be willing to travel into the U.S. regularly.

Qualifications

• Valid AZ licence or Class 1 required.
• Minimum 2 years cross-border driving (Canada/USA).
• Clean CVOR and Driver’s Abstract.
• Clean criminal record check.
• Willing to travel into the United States regularly.
• Comfortable being on the road 7–10 consecutive days per week.
• FAST Card preferred.
