Job summary

Translational Research in Oncology (TRIO) is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to join our Monitoring Resources team. This remote-based role supports Western Canada (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba) with responsibilities including site visits, regulatory compliance, data verification and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in allied health fields such as Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Health Science – or its international equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of CRA experience.
  • Experience monitoring phase 1 trials.
  • Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and clinical monitoring process.
  • Strong ICH-GCPs knowledge.
  • Experience with clinical trial information systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% on average.
  • Read, write and speak fluent English required.

Responsibilities

  • Confirm adherence to FDA, ICH-GCP and local regulations.
  • Ensure completion and collection of regulatory documents and case report forms.
  • Perform data verification of source documents.
  • Ensure implementation and compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP guidelines.
  • Participate in budget negotiation and follow-up where applicable.
  • Assist with data validation and query resolution.
  • Mentor junior team members as required.

TRIO is looking for a Clinical Research Associate to join our Monitoring Resources team.

Reporting to the CRA Line Manager, this position will be remote based in Western Canada (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba). This is an upcoming vacancy, and we are currently accepting applications.
