McElhanney is looking for an Intermediate Water Resources Engineer to join our growing team in Vancouver, Victoria or Nanaimo, BC. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is ready to take on greater technical responsibility, contribute to project delivery, and further develop their project management and client relationship skills.
In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of hydrotechnical and civil infrastructure projects across British Columbia. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders, you will lead technical studies, engineering design, project coordination, and project delivery. This role is well suited to someone with a strong technical foundation, experience coordinating projects, and an interest in growing into a Project Manager role. You will also have opportunities to support and lead business development initiatives and help strengthen client relationships within the water resources sector.
The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $140,000 per annum. McElhanney offers fair compensation that is commensurate with the individual’s education, experience, skills, and professional qualifications. The posted base salary/wage range is representative of the required level of qualifications and experience for the position as noted in the job posting. The salary offered will be based on the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
